Nestled beside St Andrew’s Church, Congresbury, our Prayer Garden is a peaceful and welcoming space, open to everyone. Whether you are looking for a quiet moment, a place to reflect, or simply a pause from the busyness of everyday life, you are warmly invited to come and spend time here.

The Prayer Garden at St Andrew’s, Congresbury
The garden offers a place of stillness and calm, where you can sit, think, and reconnect. It is a space where people of all ages and backgrounds can meet with God, pray, or simply be present in the peace of the surroundings.
Throughout the year, the garden is also used for special outdoor services, particularly during the warmer months. One of the most special moments in our church calendar is our Ascension Day Service, where we gather to celebrate the hope and joy of the occasion in this beautiful setting.
Whether you come alone or with others, for prayer or quiet reflection, the Prayer Garden is here for you, a place of peace, hope, and gentle renewal.

Prayer, Peace and Nature
Our Prayer Garden is intentionally left largely undisturbed throughout much of the year to provide a haven for wildlife and encourage biodiversity. Carefully maintained pathways lead visitors through the natural surroundings to peaceful seating areas, offering a quiet space for prayer, reflection, and contemplation. Away from the busyness of everyday life, the garden provides a place to pause, reconnect with nature, and enjoy a moment of tranquillity in God's creation.
